Refund policy

Did you receive a product and want to return it? Technal Service is here to offer you simple and easy ways of service. So if you belong to one of the following cases for the product you bought, you can request its return. The return process is simple, easy and immediate. Just follow the relevant procedure described below for the case to which you belong:

1. Return due to the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (according to article 3 of law 2251/94 as in force)

If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use only, then you have the right to withdraw your order without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days of delivery to you, returning the product to us.

The right of withdrawal is valid if:

- the product is in its original condition, with all the accessories and the accompanying forms

- the relevant statement has been made before the expiration of 14 days from its delivery

Shipping charges: the return is made by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of the relevant Withdrawal Statement (either you return it to the point we indicate to you, or you send it by some transport).

Check & Refund: If within this period the product is received by us, and after checking and ascertaining its good condition according to the above, we will refund you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way that you have paid the no later than 30 days from the day the return is completed.

FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRICE in the context of product return: In the event that in the context of the above (eg in the case of withdrawal), we will make payment of the original price, it is clarified that:

- If the payment was made using a credit or debit card, our COMPANY is obliged to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract signed with the bank. Following this information, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and the Bank as well as for the time and manner of execution of the reversal of the said transaction.

- In case the payment of the price has been made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order for the said amount to be returned to you, you must send us a bank account to which the return of the price of the product will be made by deposit.

Terms and conditions for exercising the right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product so that it is considered timely and without any additional justification.

A condition for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal is that the product is in its original condition, its packaging is genuine, in excellent condition, not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear and includes all accessories, any gifts, accessories products and materials.

In case the product has lost its value due to mistreatment which goes beyond the simple examination of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you should compensate with monetary compensation the reduction of its value. In this case, from the amount that we will return to you, the specific monetary compensation will be deducted. In any such case of netting we will inform you before the credit and refund process is completed. Especially in the case of products where the material requires appropriate know-how for both its selection and installation and which can not function as a stand-alone unit, it is considered that the unsealing of its packaging automatically implies that it has lost at least 50% of the commercial of value and in case of withdrawal will be credited according to 50% or less of the invoicing value.

You should also be aware that our company is not responsible for any loss or destruction of any data or other items stored on the returned device and you should ensure before sending the product that there is no data in it and it is in the original / factory condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of Withdrawal does not apply to the cases that are excluded from the current legislation and jurisprudence, such as e.g. products that have been manufactured to specific specifications and / or are clearly personalized, products that by their nature are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other elements, services that have already been performed and / or if you have obtained from us digital content not provided to product and started execution, products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed or may be damaged or expire soon, as well as audio or visual recordings of printer consumables, programs and software that have been unsealed.

2. Return due to delivery of incorrect product

In case the product we sent is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within five (5) working days from its delivery to you free of charge. The return of the product, in this case, can be done only if the product is in its original condition and with completely authentic intact packaging.

Shipping charges: the return for the specific cases is done at our cost with the basic condition that we have previously contacted the customer service department, in order to then send you the right product.

Money return: FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRICE in the context of product return: In the event that in the context of the above, we will make a payment to you of the original price, it is clarified that:

- If the payment was made using a credit or debit card, our COMPANY is obliged to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract signed with the bank. Return due to a fault

In case you want to return a product you bought because you think it has a defect, contact us at info@technalservice.grindicating the product, its defect and the proof of purchase.

If a product is declared defective, our company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective by the relevant technicians.

- In particular for the cases of damage during the transport of the product to be delivered, please take into account the provisions of the relevant paragraph "ACTIONS REQUIRED WHEN RECEIVING THE ORDER" in unit "Shipping methods”.

- In cases where the product does not work at the time of receipt: in case you have just received the product and this presents a technical problem, we suggest that you consult the manufacturer regarding Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) products for as many cases as possible and the manufacturer provides for the specific replacement procedure, referred to as the Dead-On-Arrival or "DOA" procedure.

- In case of technical problem and warranty coverage: In case your product has a technical problem and needs repair, you should contact the competent Service Center.

Product Files and Data: our company is not responsible for any loss or destruction of any data or other data stored on the device and you must ensure before sending the product that you have secured this data. You must also ensure that no personal or third-party personal data is contained within the device.
